A little clarity goes a long way.
Questions to help you compare email hosting packages and know what to ask before getting started.
Choosing & pricing
Which package is right for me?
Start with the number of mailboxes you need, how much email each person keeps and any access or support requirements. Compare the packages, or choose “Not sure” when you enquire.
How much does email hosting cost?
Request a quote for your requirements. Confirm the currency, billing period, any setup charges, tax treatment and renewal terms before agreeing to a service.
What are the renewal and cancellation terms?
Confirm the renewal price, billing period, cancellation process and any applicable refund conditions in your quote and service agreement before ordering.
Mailboxes & storage
What is the difference between mailbox size and total storage?
Mailbox size is the space allocated to one inbox. Total storage is the overall package allocation. Ask whether that allocation is shared between mailboxes or fixed per user.
How many mailboxes are included?
Ask for the mailbox allocation in your quote. Count the inboxes your team needs and distinguish separate mailboxes from aliases or forwarders.
Domains & setup
Can I use an existing domain or move my email?
Tell us about your existing domain and email setup when you enquire. Discuss compatibility, migration arrangements, charges and timing before making changes. Never send account passwords through the enquiry form.
Can I use webmail or an email application?
Tell us which mail applications and devices your team uses. Confirm the supported access methods and connection settings for your chosen package.
Security & recovery
Are spam protection and backups included?
Ask for the protection and recovery terms applicable to your package, including backup frequency, retention, restore availability, exclusions and any costs.
Support & upgrades
How do I contact support or upgrade my package?
Email info@promail99.com to discuss your package or an upgrade. Existing customers should use their established service contact for urgent account issues. Never include passwords in an enquiry.
Still have a question?
Tell us what you’re looking for. You can choose “Not sure” for your package.
