What the enquiry form collects

The form asks for your name, reply email and package choice. You may also provide your company, estimated mailbox count, existing domain and a message. Please do not include passwords, payment details or sensitive account credentials.

How enquiries are handled

Submitted details are recorded privately in the website administration area and sent to the enquiry mailbox so the team can review and respond. Website access and mail delivery involve our hosting and email service providers. Submitting an enquiry does not subscribe you to a marketing list.

Verification and retention

The form uses a server-checked verification question and a hidden spam trap. Short-lived hashed connection identifiers are used to limit repeated requests; the form does not store raw IP addresses in enquiry records. Website enquiry records are automatically removed after 90 days. Copies in email mailboxes, hosting logs or backups may have separate retention arrangements.

Cookies and analytics

The website does not install advertising or analytics tools. WordPress uses essential cookies for administrator sign-in. The public enquiry form does not require a visitor account or a third-party CAPTCHA provider.
